It's been thunderstorms or threatening them all week and it looks like they'll keep going until the weekend. Bummer— I was really looking forward to getting a little more bicycle commuting in this week. It's probably for the best, though. I've been super sore since crawling around under my house the other day. I really needed the down time to heal a bit!

In lieu of being able to go bicycling, I've been poking around the internet for websites about bicycles. Not racing, mind you. That's really not my cup of tea.

Relatedly, I've stumbled upon two hand-curated lists of websites with RSS feeds:

• ooh.directory

Searching those for "bicycle," "bicycling," and similar related terms yielded a few nice personal websites about the topic:

• sheldonbrown.com, a treasure trove of cycling info.
• Rolling Existence, a bicycle touring blog.
• TomsBikeTrip.com, a bicycle touring blog.

I went ahead and made a separate wiki page for bicycling, where I'll keep these sorts of links up to date. Rolling Existence got me all excited to bike. It was really neat watching those two share about their experiences touring through Thailand on their bicycles. Wow, those pictures!

Alas— I'll have to wait a bit before I can commute again. I've got to take the car to get it serviced tomorrow before summer vacation, and the weather is looking wet the rest of the week. Ahh, phooey!

A sunny day is in store sometime, though!
