It's the weekend and I'm finally feeling better after all that flu business I had the last week or so. Not too much going on other than that I'm very grateful for being healthy again. We went to a hockey game last night where the home team won in overtime, which was a hoot 'n a half. Been playing a bunch of Civilization V and fell down the YouTube rabbit hole where I watched someone take a tour of a modern trireme replica (contains a violent clip from the remake of Ben Hur).

My partner got me a surprise last year and put it together today thanks to the warm weather: a hammock! I got to do a little reading in it this afternoon after we got back from the grocery store, which was really nice. The weather's supposed to be rainy tomorrow, but we're taking advantage of the nice weather today to do a little grillin'.
